Japanese garden water colour

I have to admit to taking this photo yesterday in the Japanese Garden in Tatton Park. It seemed like a good idea to try out the filter in Photoshop which I've never really done before. I've always ever used PS in a hurry when I wanted to do something quickly and never allowed myself time to try all the gizmos. One of the blippers was talking about taking a dry brush over their work and I had no idea what it was. Well, now I know! Isn't it wonderful?
