Solo walk today.

Got as far as the Grassmarket.

Took the camera out of the bag and took a couple of photographs. Then went straight back to the office, happy with what I had.

Most days I would wander around with my camera in my hand ready to grab a shot of anything that caught my eye. But every now and again I prefer a more measured and deliberate approach, where I'll find what looks like a good, well-lit spot and just wait to see what happens.
