Puddles

Lots of sleety snow when we got up this morning. Poor M had all his layers on, including his fingerless mitts, when he set off for his post round. Isn't into his fleecy hat with ear flaps yet - that's for REAL snow!

Ollie and I had a walk before my usual Thursday stint in the craft shop. We tried to pick a time between the showers, but even though we didn't get wet, we got very cold. Ollie also got very muddy! This is the old road along the back of the village. Nowadays it is just an occasional tractor track and it gets very rutted and muddy, especially in the winter. Doesn't stop us determined dog owners though!
