Meredith, New Hampshire

The weather turned today so we cut short our visit to New Hampshire and drove south to Massachusetts. Tony tried his hand at driving an automatic car on the wrong side of the road for all of 15 minutes before Becks insisted on doing the driving for the rest of the trip. She had a taste of what it must have been like for her dad giving her driving lessons! We took a scenic route via Wolfboro and Meredith where we stopped at the lakeside for a breather and I blipped this gull standing on one leg on a wharf. We lunched in Concord, which was a very attractive town, and then arrived at Rog and Anne's in their suburb of Boston to a warm welcome.
