What's the collective noun here?
What you can see here is a collection of some of Budapest's sub-human ticket inspectors. What's the collective noun? A gang? A scum? I'm not sure which would fit best, but these "mammals" are one of the things that Budapest should clean away. With the debts of BKV (the capital's transport company) topping 800 billion forints (I think that's about 3 bn Euros), the company for the past Christ-knows-how-long has pursued a policy of not investing any money into anything in favour of recruiting low-lifes who mannerlessly harass people for evidence of bought tickets. These people are so despised in Budapest that it's amazing to find that they still find persons (well, sort of) to fill the posts. As has been pointed out before repeatedly, if gates were installed, the same problem would be addressed without the aggression. Now, finally, given the fact that the daftest muppet in town has finally been removed from his job as Mayor of Budapest (after 20 years!!!!), there's real hope that this social rejects will be released back into the wild.
