Squidoo!

Today we had a trip out to Uji, tea capital of Japan, where every second shop sells various grades of tea and utensils. I had another tea ceremony, bit more of a tourist affair but still very interesting. It's a lovely place, ruby got a great shot, and we have decided to go back again before we depart to spend a whole day.
On our travels we have come across various, squid/octopi 'lollies' and have thus far not been tempted but today we were beckoned over to a street stall and finally gave it a try.
Ruby was not keen (despite her obvious enthusiasm) but I thought it was ok, if a bit chewy, we were quite hungry though! :)
