Learning to cook...

Well, my lovely hubby announced the other day that it was high time he learned how to cook things other than French toast, pancakes, rhubarb crumble and a fry-up... It's not that he can't cook, as the rhubarb crumble he makes is very good, it's just that I always do it so he's not really had to try before.

So he's bought himself this cookbook and has picked a couple of delicious-sounding dishes to cook for us tonight and tomorrow night! I am very impressed, and looking forward to eating his efforts. And a weekend of not cooking dinner! It'll be like going out for dinner!!

It'll be lovely being able to sit sipping a glass of wine whilst hubby is busy cooking in the kitchen... In reality, I'll be bathing the kids and putting them to bed before sitting down with that glass of wine!! :-)
