Simple rain

"Oh look, it's tipping it down with rain... must be time for a geography field trip!!"

Went to Clarach Bay to look at sediments in the cliff. It was wet, cold, windy... and it hailed, just for good measure. Had to abandon when our paper got too soggy to write on in pencil, our hands were frozen stiff, and our cliff was being eroded by the rain faster than we could sketch! Brrrrr!

Got home and seemed to just do fiddly jobs for the rest of the day. Now going out for a headphone disco at the union for a friends 21st. And no, I'm not feeling great, still coughing, so I'll come home early :( Just feel like I should go for a bit - obviously not drinking (because I never do!! - useless student!).

Anyway, here's a flower I snapped while I was waiting for the key to get into the house! It's soggy, like me :)
