Stars...
I had this great idea tonight to go and photograph the Milky Way. Not the sweetie, the deep space version. Read up about it, figured Harlaw would be dark enough, checked the sky was clear, good to go. What I forgot about was the full moon, which meant it was far too light to make a decent attempt at it.
Settings your supposed to use, around f2.8, iso3200 and 30s exposures with a lens of less than 50mm. Tonight though, 30s at f2.8 with a Nikon 50mm was far far too much. Managed to process the stars to come out a bit in this one. Will try again in 2 weeks time when the moon is less of an issue!
