alternative: pumpkin-eating dinosaur.

The kids in our program went on a field trip today!
No, not to a zoo...
... a pumpkin farm! :)

Giraffes were one of the most unexpected things to see at a pumpkin farm! The farm itself actually had a variety of exotic animals in several tents (a watusi, zebras, camels, llamas, goats, birds, deers, etc.) along with the usual pumpkin farm activities: hayrides, pumpkin patches, and a corn maze. This picture was shot in a hurry because I had to watch my student, so the aim is a bit off.
It was a tiring day, but a lot of fun! :)
