Open Day

It was the open day at out new gym today. All the hard work has paid off and it was looking great. Next week Miss Cross should get sign off from the council and we'll move into the new gym for the first week in November.

It was a really good day although a long one. I was at the gym from just after ten until just before seven then had a quick half hour at home for dinner before we all went out for drinks to celebrate.

The main open day part was from 10 - 4 then the official opening was at 5.30 where it was opened by Miss Cross' hip surgeon.

I'd have liked to do a demo but was a bit paranoid about having to leave my camera lying about with the possibility of strangers in there for the open day. Everyone that did a demo did fantastically especially the kids who were really keen and full of energy.

It was good to get a chat with Queenie and her husband. Their son Calum did fantastically.
