This beautiful bird hid in the pond grasses waiting for fish.
STORY
Heron stole a large piece of bread and flew across the pond with it in his beak. There, he threw the wet piece into the water near him as bait and waited. The bread sunk in the shallow water and nothing happened. He picked it up again and threw it for the second time. The bread floated this time and a large fish reached it for a bite after some 15 seconds, but the Heron was faster and caught him with his sharp long beak. Although the fish was a bit large to swallow, a few throat exercises brought the catch to slip in.

this is not my story but i bet it's true. I saw a white heron swallow a frog head first with the legs still kicking out the sides of the herons mouth. He took a long time swallowing the frog which wiggled, and kicked trying to get free.
