This is a close-up of a little straw reindeer we have sat on our mantlepiece every year that scares the hell out of the cats - quite amusing really!!

We got our decorations down out of the loft this evening ready for the arrival of the tree tomorrow. We've also spent half the night rearranging the living room to fit the bloody thing in - this is our first year in this house so Christmas is a new venture for us. Wish us luck!
