A Chilly Morning..............

Up Early this morning for early appointments at Hospital after last weeks scare.....Frost was on the ground as the sun was coming up to the east.....Chilly but a lovely morning so refreshing.....Have a feeling this is going to be a good week after such a good start on a monday morning and next weekend is going to be the best.....i am so excited.....
