My new friend

This is Dickie, my new walking friend. He lives up the road and needs someone to walk him at the moment while his owner recovers from an op. D is bursting full of energy and inclined to pull on his lead. Off the lead he is a delight to be with. He stays close, comes when called and is always checking where I am.
That was until he popped his head over the wall and looked very interested in the sheep! This photo was taken when he was back on the lead and still rather interested.

The sky was bright blue this afternoon and the autumn colours super-saturated. I had some very colourful images, but Dickie won today's blip contest. (Most of the time he moves too fast to capture on camera.)
