Blipiddles

Since the dark evenings are upon us and indoor Blips are to be become more prevalent I thought I'd start an occasional series of Blips depicting visual riddles (aka 'Blipiddles') to keep me occupied at night.

So the first one is today, it's a bit of an experiment I thought up....but perhaps an Austrian got there first? Anyway the answer is in the reason.
