Distant Glow

My husband and I got up early this morning and went downtown to catch the sunrise. I waited a log time for it to finally come up. I thought it was going to stay behind the dark clouds, but then there was this wonderful red glow with dark, dark clouds above. I was in awe of how beautiful it was.

My husband just stayed in the car and read his book while I was OOOhh ing and Awweing over the sunrise. He doesn't pay much attention to my excited gibberish when I talk about sunrises and sunsets. It seems like a another language to him I'm sure.
