Tomato

While scouting for new ideas for today's blip I found this lone Tomato in the kitchen with sunlight from the kitchen window falling on it. The Variety Master as it is popularly known-it is used in different forms to create variety of tastes... as tomato curry, tomato rasam, tomato sauce, tomato soup, also in combination with dal and different vegetables.

Tomato is a must in an Indian kitchen.
