THE OLIVE HARVEST NO. 5 -- OLIVE FIZZ

I had to try this, didn't I? I didn't have a synchonized flash to use, just a trusty reading lamp and an equally trusty LED torch/flashlight. I did it because plain olives look just a bit dull and could be anything, plums, for instance.

Yesterday, somebody said I used "too many paragraphs" and without doubt, this is true. So then, the picking continues. Our first booking is tomorrow when I will follow the olives to the press. There are four operations: washing, mashing, squeezing, spinning. Let's take this pic for the washing because the light where the olives are washed is dire.
