Red Admiral

Or 'Admirable', to have survived frost and chill.

I'm sure there's a blipping expert out there who knows about butterflies, but it does seem quite late in the year to me..?
I took a few shots but this was the only 'proboscis' one!
Also, this is the only red admiral I've seen in the garden this year.

So... It's another blue sky day.
The kind of day when work is no kind of magnet whatsoever.
I don't suffer from an over-abundance of magnetism for work if it's raining either!.

The sunshine does rather highlight the need for the wield of a window leather...

..So, that's me decided.
I'll put on the kettle and give it some serious thought.
