Reminder of bygone days

I don't travel by rail that often, and when I do I use one of the larger stations. I only went into the Frome station today as my son was catching a train. Once part of the Great Western Railway (also known as "God's Wonderful Railway"), Frome station was opened in 1850 and is apparently one of the oldest railway stations still in operation in Britain. Frome has only one track and one platform in use now - the other track was ripped up and the footbridge removed many years ago. But there is still a reminder of the GWR in this bench.
