Crepe Berries

This morning I had intended to photo something else, but as usual it wasn't working out. I noticed the crepe myrtle. It's young and had bloomed this year for the first time. I'll have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with it's autumn color. I then noticed the berries or seed pods it has. With its red & yellow leaves along with the berries, it's a great little autumn show stopper.
