New lamps for old

Too cold and miserable to go outside so I thought I'd try to go a little arty. I like this old road works lamp that some one a generation or two ago must have nicked. I boosted brightness a notch to get the Ikea lamp to bleach - a little rushed but it gives an OK effect.
I have ordered a remote for the camera which I hope will help sharpen up the close-ups in future.
