Above Leeuwarden, near Giekerk there is this so called: TILE BRIDGE


On the tiles of the bridge are the photos of thousands of speed skaters who once skated the 200-kilometers-long 11-towns-race, included the photo of the Prince of Orange who skated the race in 1986.
