Lichen

It's amazing what you can find in Sainsbury's car park. I've been meaning to take photos of the lichen on the trees for a while, and finally remembered to do it while I was actually there today. I only took one photo - the light was going - but I've been playing with it in picasa, didn't need to process it at all but I got loads of really cool cropped images out of it - just about every square inch of that photo is fascinating. I love lichen. It's so, well, alien.
