Too ill even to read

Spent the day in bed, in fact I haven't slept so much for a long time and although I felt rubbish afterwards, it did feel good to sleep. Off sick for the first time in a very long time. A combination of a very sore throat and a dose of coughing up some stuff I better not detail here.

Checked my temperature earlier, which was
