Entering the debating chamber

Well today the Scottish Parliament passed an emergency Bill. I happened to be in the Parliament building at a Scotland Malawi Partnership event when the MSPs were all entering the debating chamber to cast their vote. Quite exciting to see democracy in action so to speak! Sorry about the poor quality of the picture!
