worky

got a new glasses prescription last week and i'm having a hard time wearing them as much as i should. i get these crushing headaches everyday. if i wear my glasses i get queasy, if i don't, my head feels like it's going to explode. the opthalmologist said that my work ethic is to blame. i have been instructed to lift my eyes from the computer screen frequently and to get up and walk away from my desk at least every 10 minutes and blink a lot. so i get to look like a complete goofball in the name of eye health.

taking two days off for some r and r. i think i'll go see a creepy movie tomorrow.
