Library membership for babies

Scottish Government on the phone this morning checking out an answer to a Parliamentary Question on universal offer of library membership for babies. Lewis is one week old today and will soon receive an invitation to Bookbug sessions in South Lanarkshire libraries to encourage him to start reading. He didn't look impressed when i told him at lunchtime but I'm sure all the MSPs will be!
