Riot? No, I'll just kick your backside mate.

There was a fad a year or so ago for the local youths to spray paint the word 'riot' all over the place. Thankfully this seems to have died down as they found themselves other things to occupy their tiny minds... girls, booze, jobs, college, prison, who knows. Anyway, this message is sprayed on one of my favourite pieces of council abandoned public monuments, the water fountain in the public park.
