Not quite a blizzard...

but I'm not complaining! I love waking up to my room glowing white from the snow's reflection. Before I even get out of bed I know the ground must be covered. Today's was a soft, powdery snow... the kind that glitters in the sun and moonlight and is easy to brush off your car when you are running late for work.

Tomorrow is Turkey Day, the day to give thanks. Where do I begin? It is nice to finally be at a point in my life where I can appreciate things that used to not be so obvious. So many things are coming together and falling apart all at the same time, but I finally realize that life is what you make of it... too often we forget to be thankful for that power.
