No it's the remnants of the wallpaper from my old bedroom which my dad bought when I was about seven or eight.

When he redecorated that room, in a moment of inspiration, he decided he should retain a few instances of the pattern. To be fair I changed rooms when I was about 12 as it seemed easier than actually getting him to redecorate. It was only finally done about 3 years ago.
