Fall Leaves - day 1

Have been uninspired lately with my blips, so thought I would revisit my themed weeks. Found this gorgeous leaf while out for a walk this AM with Willy.

I love fall - my favorite time of year. The leaves change to lovely shades of reds/yellows/oranges and the weather starts to cool. Food becomes cozier and so do the clothes.

Going to make a couple of things tonight after I get home from work:
10 minute couscous soup - will use quinoa instead of couscous
Oatmeal cookies with sea salt - they were a hit last Christmas, don't know why it's taking me 10 months to make them again.....
