Disney Curve
Detail shot of Disney Hall in LA. Frank Geary designed the structure years ago to great drama as the landscape was altered forever. More than any other structure, it transformed Downtown LA's entry into a renaissance.
Now it is home to the LA Phil, chamber music, jazz festivals, and opera. The inside is more fascinating than the exterior, with exotic woods stretched and curved for the exact acoustics.
Some say is it the best sounding concert hall in the world.
I found myself nearby after a meeting, and walked up and took this shot at dusk. light leaving fast, so had to act quick as I was losing contrast. Not a crop!
