Fireworks at Spinnaker Tower

I know its a week early, but fireworks were on tonight at Gunwharf Quays. However, we decided that we would get a better view (and a decent pint) at Spice Island, Old Portsmouth. To be fair, I was driving, so it was just diet coke for me. Its getting late so I'll put some more on flikr tomorrow.

Its the first attempt at night time photography with this camera, and I am really pleased with the results. Just think, the clocks go back tomorrow night, so the darker evenings will give me lots more scope.

PS. Just realised that this is my 50th blip. Halfway to the 100! Its 56 sleeps till Christmas, so could I reach 100 by the end of the year. The challenge is on!
