The First Snowfall

Each year we know it's getting closer.... each morning we wake up and peek outside to see if it's arrived.... Today was the day! I woke up and peeked out my window... It's not even November and we've been blessed with the first snow fall of the year (which actually turned into more of a blizzard!). The first snow fall is always so soft, so fluffy and covers the trees and grass with a beautiful soft white glow...

And then it melts.. and then it freezes.... and then the streets become a skating rink and we welcome the season of black ice and 'Car Accidents'. WINTER has arrived =)
