pumpkin drop

the engineering department at the university holds a pumpkin drop competition every year. the local schools all get involved and teams of people try to pack a pumpkin in some sort of container to protect it from a 9 story fall. it was fun to watch. most pumpkins i saw drop, did not make the landing.
