Discipline

Mind is the most difficult to be controlled.

Discipline is the best tool to do so.

Mornings have become pleasant and a little bit chilly now a days. Still the older generation are much disciplined in maintaining their routine. Here is the old gentleman whom I daily observe returning home after his morning walk.
