Oh, the injustice

Halloween has officially begun.

This morning was the Kindergarten Halloween Parade - complete with choral entertainment by the class - Very Cute.

This afternoon was the Halloween Parade where children trick or treat at the shops in town. There were A Lot of children, but the mood was festive and low key - so it all worked out fine. I joined two friends - there were 6 kids and three Moms - enough adults to keep everyone out of trouble. We found this poor dog lamenting her embarrassing costume. This dog, however, seemed to revel in her get up.

I was astonished at Bob's candy booty. We have 2 more Halloween Parties, 2 Birthday Parties, and Trick or Treating before the weekend is done. I hope I can muster enough energy for all of this revelry without eating some of Bob's candy.
