Peppermint Stick

We needed a dose of ice cream this afternoon so we visited Swenson's Ice Cream Factory. Lois had a dish of Heath Bar and I had a dish of Peppermint Stick.

There were many tough choices on the menu, but we had to make our decisions. Major candidates in contention were Turkish Coffee, Smashing Pumpkins (an October specialty), Sticky Chewy Chocolate, and Snicker Snicker (Tee Hee).

On more somber note the bathrooms were beat up, in poor repair, and in need of remodeling. We can expect that the kitchen was in a like condition. That kind of poor management control and lack of inspection takes the fun out of an ice cream parlor. It will influence our future decisions as consumers. Boo Hoo.
