In need of some work

This is one of my 'if only' houses. If only it were for sale, if only I had the money and both of these became 'now' then it would be, if only I had the patience to wait for it to be restored. Symi has hundreds of ruins, in various states of disrepair ranging from just a few bricks, sometimes advertised as 'ruin with a view' when they are put up for sale, to places like this that are basically a complete house but are in need of some (an awful lot of) work.

'My house' as I like to call it, is not far from my actual house and while it has no view of the sea, has a great view of the mountain and faces south so gets plenty of sun through most of the day. It's quite a hike to get to by foot and there is no road access so it doesn't have a lot of passing traffic, apart from the odd sheep.... Or goat..... Or lizard..... Uhh, if only!!
