Heron

Well you knew that, I had a great day out in the South Peak district today with two good friends. All met up via a climbing site years ago and have a shared love of photography covering all the bases. We occasionally meet up each year and its always a treat to have a chinwag and a wander and always the same whenever we pick up from where we left off.

This chap flew over my head as we were walking in Beresford Dale so he's my pick of the day.
