A beautiful start to a lovely day

This is the sunrise over Kincardine power station taken on the way to a another Canix race

Speedy ran Tiree again on an interesting winding course through the trees. Then I ran both round the loch (the man from England he say Lock) 5.1k - beautiful course though beautiful autumn trees, the water hazard was interesting!

Then straight to Scottish Schools road primary relays at Grangemouth - hundreds of children running. Speedy was speedy as usual but the hero of the day was wee IT who ran out of his skin to hold on to 2nd place on the second leg, they ended up 6th overall a good result for the P6 boys.
