Don't jump off the roof dad - the sequel
At last. After two or three years of winter storm unease at the thought of pieces of chimney dropping on the postman's head I finally got to organise a scaffold tower and get the job done. I must admit as to being a little petrified at the thought of going 30' up a scaffold tower - I even lay in bed Thursday night half dreaming I was falling from it. Anyway I bolted it to the wall so it wasn't going anywhere. Rod lent me his safety harness so I felt comfortable about getting onto the roof so I could do the other side.
Now I'm feeling very knackered after much climbing, lifting and clambering - but relaxed over any thoughts involving wayward bricks and the postman.
