Riding high

This Tuna boat in Port Vendre harbour hasn't left port since 2008 when fishing for Mediterranean Tuna was banned.

This is not, on the face of it, a bad thing. Although I suspect these boats (there are 4 of them in harbour) will be sold to less scrupulous (or less subsidised) fishermen outside of Europe.
