Will be missing these

Almost everywhere in the southern Europe these are plentiful: bouganvilleas. We don't have them in Finland and the bright colors seem almost too bright and intense, almost like fake flowers, because our eyes have not grown accustomed to such colors. Unnatural.

But still they are what I always miss when I get back home. Here everything is gray and the light so bleak that little is left even of the autumnal yellows.

I am however back today. I lost the internet connection at the hotel on thursday, there was a thunderstorm an frisky winds and I couldn't log onto the wifi after that properly. Will backblip the last couple of days next.
