A friend in need is a friend indeed bloody pest.

Phil sent an e mail this afternoon wanting to know if I knew anyone with a van.

The bugger knows I have one.

Return e mail, yes.

Can we take a couple of chairs over to my new house, not a problem I said, give me an hour.

Delivered the chairs and Phil said we may as well start ripping the kitchen out as I've a new one being delivered next week.

This is what we did in one hour flat.
