It'll be Autumn Then

After Waxwings & Waxwing #2 I'd suggested there may well be a Waxwings #3 and you could have had that today, because rather than travelling to Kinross to find them all we had to do this morning was to look out our bedroom window and there was a flock of around 100 in a tree no more than 100 meters away, but a bit too far away for a really good photo.

So on a warm! sunny morning we decided to have a walk round Perth to see whether we could get closer views. We had various sightings of flocks in flight, but no real photo opportunities, although there were plenty of other things worth photographing. There was a lot of debate as to which would make it into blipworld, but the autumnal colours of the trees by the Tay won out.
