Squid risotto with home made aioli

Originally I wanted to make the risotto black using the squids ink. I managed to get one sack out, but I grossed out while getting the ink from between the eyes. For taste I also added safran, that is oh so gorgeous with fish. The resulting color, greyish yellow might not look that tasty, but believe me this is delish.
