Salted Lamb and Pea Soup

My mums birthday today. She invited us to Saltkjöt og baunir - Salted lamb and pea soup, at my grandmas house. And because my husband is here she wanted to feed him something traditional.
We completely overate and felt like balloons afterward, drinking loads and loads of water. This is just sooooo salty.... but so tasty.
